DOES SOYBU.COM SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

At this time, we ship only within the United States. We do not ship to Puerto Rico or the U.S. Virgin Islands.

if you're not completely satisfied with your Soybu.com purchase, you may return unwashed/unworn items with tags attached for a refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase.

RETURN POLICY

Items purchased on Soybu.com may be returned for a refund or exchange within 30 days of the purchase date. Returns or exchanges initiated more than 30 days past the purchase date will not be accepted.

Sale items are final sale and not eligible for a refund.

Gift cards are final sale and cannot be refunded or redeemed for cash or credit.

Items must be unwashed and unworn with tags attached.

Original postage and handling fees are non-refundable.  A $6.99 handling fee will be charged on all returns.

When returning packages, please insure the package and add delivery confirmation. We are not responsible for items lost in transit to our warehouse.

At this time, we do not ship to Puerto Rico or U.S. Virgin Islands.

For items purchased at the Dallas Love Field Airport or Dallas Fort Worth Airport, please follow these return instructions.

Your return will be processed within 5-7 days from the date we receive the item(s). Please allow 1-2 weeks after processing for the refund to appear on your credit card.

HOW TO RETURN/EXCHANGE

1. Complete all fields of the Return/Exchange Form on the back of the Packing List included in the plastic enclosure on the outside of the package. Can't find the Packing List? Click here to print a Return/Exchange Form.

2. Include the completed Return/Exchange Form inside the return package.

Items that you wish to return or exchange must be unwashed and unworn with tags attached.

A return processing fee of $6.99 will be deducted from your total refund amount.

We cannot accept returns or exchanges of item(s) from other vendors. Please work directly with the vendor to return or exchange the item(s) according to their Return Policy.

Yes, as long as the size or color is available. Please fill out the Return/Exchange Form on the back of the Packing List included in the box with your order. Please ship the item(s) you wish to exchange and the completed Return/Exchange Form back to us for processing.
