Return Policy

Your complete satisfaction with our product is important to Soybu. We take pride in our reputation and value. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your product, return it to us within 30 days of purchase. We enclose a packing slip with every order. Simply circle the item(s) being retuned and note the reason for the return. Send the items back to the following address:

Sorry, postage and handling charges are not refundable.

Soybu will credit your credit card within 24 hours of receiving your returned item(s). Credits will be placed on the card used for the original purchase. Please note, it may take your credit card company up to two billing cycles to reflect the credit on your statement. Please insure your package. Soybu is not responsible for uninsured mailings.

If you do not have your original packing slip, please send a letter with your merchandise that includes the following information:

• Name
• Address
• Phone Number
• Order Number
• Item Description including quantity, color and size of each item
• Reason for Return

Shipping & Handling

Orders are normally shipped within 48 to 72 business hours of receipt. Orders received after 1:00pm MST will not be processed until the next business day. Orders received on weekends and holidays will be processed the next working day.

We will do our best to accommodate your needs without delay. However, if demand exceeds expectations and a particular item is unavailable, we will notify you.
